The Influence of Self-efficacy on Organization Culture through Marine Sports Activities

해양스포츠 활동을 통한 자기효능감이 조직문화에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to clarify the influence of self-efficacy on organization culture through marine sports activities, questionnaire survey had been conducted to 238 active marine sports participants and the findings are shown below. First, men showed higher than women in differences in analysis, self-efficacy of self-regulation. The duration of participation of level of difficulty showed higher in range of 3-4 hours. Second, the differences in analysis, organizational culture of consensus culture and the development of culture in men were higher than in women. Development of culture and hierarchical culture showed higher in the 20's. Consensus culture showed higher in the range of less than 2-3 hours and hierarchical culture showed higher in the range of less than 3-4 hours. Lastly, as a result of study of impact of the self-efficacy on organizational culture, all the sub-factors of organizational culture; consensus culture, development culture, hierarchical culture, influencing factor was that participants' self-efficacy's sub-factor, self-regulation. In other words, the marine sports activities increase sociability and autonomy and creativity in modern society of rapid rise of the personal stress, lack of physical activity, lack of social organizations (family, school, clubs, company, etc.) and the rigid hierarchy of cultural phenomena as maladaptive.

해양스포츠 활동을 통한 자기효능감이 조직문화에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 해양스포츠 활동에 참여하는 238명을 대상으로 설문조사법을 통해 연구 검토한 결과, 첫째, 일반적 특성에 따른 자기효능감의 차이분석결과, 성별에 따른 자기효능감은 하위변인 자기조절에서 남자가 여자보다 높게 나타났고, 참여시간에 따른 자기효능감은 하위변인 난이도에서 3~4시간미만이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 일반적 특성에 따른 조직문화의 차이분석결과, 성별에 따른 조직문화는 하위변인 합의문화와 발전문화에서 남자가 여자보다 높게 나타났고, 연령에 따른 조직문화는 발전문화와 위계문화에서 20대가 높게 나타났다. 참여시간에 따른 차이에서는 합의문화에서 2~3시간미만이 높게 나타났으며, 위계문화에서는 3~4시간미만이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 해양스포츠 참여자의 자기효능감이 조직문화에 미치는 상대적 영향의 검정결과, 조직문화의 모든 하위요인 합의문화, 발전문화, 위계문화에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기효능감의 하위요인 자기조절로 나타났다. 즉, 해양스포츠 활동은 사교성을 고양시키고 현대사회의 급속한 변화로 야기되는 개인의 스트레스, 신체활동부족, 사회성 결여 등으로 인한 조직(가정, 학교, 동호회, 회사 등)문화의 부적응현상과 경직된 위계질서로 인해 부족한 창의성 및 자율성 등을 높이는 것으로 나타났다.
