Effects of Depression Scale, Interaction Anxiety and School Adjustment on Cellular Phone Addiction of Teenagers

청소년의 우울, 대인불안, 학교적응이 휴대전화 중독에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the predictors of students depress, Interaction anxiety, school adjustment on cellular phone addiction of teenagers. The subjects for this study were 613 teenagers composed of 249 middle school students, 337 high school students in Daejeon. The data was conducted by using a correlations coefficient and the multiple regression analysis. According to the analysis result, correlations among measured variables of students depress, interaction anxiety, school adjustment, cellular phone addiction were significant. Secondly, the multiple regression analysis result showed that students depress, peer relations, and interaction anxiety variables to most greatly explain cellular phone addiction. These results indicate that cellular phone addiction related to depress, interaction anxiety of teenagers.

본 연구에서는 청소년을 대상으로 우울, 대인불안, 학교적응이 휴대전화 중독에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구대상은 대전지역 소재의 중 고등학교 각 2개 학교의 중학생 249명, 고등학생 337명으로 총 613명이었다. 응답결과는 상관계수분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 우울, 대인불안, 학교적응, 휴대전화 중독간의 관계를 살펴보면, 강박과 학교친구적응을 제외하고는 모든 하위변인들 간에 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석 결과, 휴대전화 중독을 가장 잘 설명해 주는 변인으로 우울, 학교친구적응, 대인불안이 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 우울, 학교적응의 하위 변인인 학교친구적응, 대인불안에 어려움을 보이는 청소년들의 휴대전화 중독 경향이 높은 것을 시사한다.
